At HAQ Aluminium, we operate an advanced in-house vertical electrostatic powder coating line designed to deliver durable, weather-resistant, and aesthetically flawless finishes for architectural profiles, curtain wall facades, and heavy-duty industrial extrusions.
Backed by over five decades of metal engineering expertise since 1972, our coating facility integrates chromate-free pre-treatment, automated powder spraying guns, and high-precision curing ovens. We strictly comply with AAMA 2604, AAMA 2605, and Qualicoat specifications to guarantee long-term color retention, UV resistance, and anti-corrosion protection in high-salinity or harsh tropical climates.
We engineer surface treatments to meet structural endurance, decorative brilliance, and environmental resistance standards required by global fabricators and project contractors.
High-durability polyester and fluoropolymer finishes formulated for window frames, curtain walls, louvers, and structural facades.
Heavy-duty protective layers applied to textile machinery parts, heat sink profiles, structural channels, and enclosure frames.
Specialized visual coatings including metallic powders, fine texture, sand-blast effects, and timber wood-grain sublimation.
Coating processes customized for dual-color insulated extrusions, maintaining adhesion across thermal barrier strips.
Every powder-coated order processed at HAQ Aluminium undergoes rigorous batch testing in our quality lab. We document chemical pretreatment logs, film thickness, gloss levels, and adhesion metrics to supply verifiable mill inspection reports with every sea freight container.
Need custom film thickness or specialized thermosetting powder chemistry for coastal offshore projects? Our metallurgy and coating team validates project drawings and specs within 48 hours.

Our vertical coating line operates in strict accordance with AAMA 2604 and AAMA 2605 standards for high-performance architectural coatings, as well as Qualicoat specifications. Mill test reports and salt-spray test certificates are supplied for all export shipments.
Standard single-coat applications maintain a uniform film build of 60 to 80 microns. Dual-layer PVDF/fluoropolymer coatings for severe coastal or high-UV environments can achieve 100+ microns, backed by performance warranties of up to 15–25 years depending on resin grade.
We supply over 100 standard RAL shades in matt, semi-gloss, and high-gloss textures, as well as metallic, sand-blast effect, and timber wood-grain sublimation. Custom spectrophotometer color matching is available upon sample submission.
Every coated profile is interleaved with protective non-abrasive paper or PE film, bundle-wrapped in polyethylene shrink wrap, and packed into reinforced wooden crates or steel-framed pallets designed for rigid container loading.
Provide your profile drawings, RAL color reference, and required film thickness specification. Our engineering team will return complete feasibility, die lead-time, and FOB/CIF pricing within 24 hours.
