Fixed Louvers
Rigid blade positioning designed for continuous exterior shading, mechanical plant screening, and rain defense. Provides optimized airflow coefficient while maintaining privacy.
At HAQ Aluminium, we engineer precision extruded aluminium louvers designed to meet the rigorous structural, thermal, and aesthetic demands of modern international architecture. Built from architectural-grade 6063-T5 and structural 6061-T6 aluminium alloys, our louver profiles deliver controlled natural ventilation, effective solar shading, and weather protection for commercial towers, industrial facilities, and high-end residential developments.
Backed by over 50 years of metal metallurgy heritage in Lahore, Pakistan, our fully integrated manufacturing line—from die manufacturing to vertical electrostatic powder coating—ensures strict dimensional compliance with EN 12020 and ASTM B221 standards across every export shipment.
Versatile, durable, and engineered for high wind-load performance. Explore our major louver profile series designed for international projects.
Rigid blade positioning designed for continuous exterior shading, mechanical plant screening, and rain defense. Provides optimized airflow coefficient while maintaining privacy.
Manual or mechanical lever-operated blade systems allowing flexible control over ventilation rates, solar glare, and natural daylight penetration according to seasonal climate shifts.
Automated solar tracking louvers integrated with linear actuators and smart Building Management Systems (BMS) for dynamic energy efficiency in commercial towers.
Bespoke architectural profile sections, baffle louvers, and decorative exterior fins engineered to elevate facade geometry, feature walls, and sunshade screens.
We provide full technical documentation, alloy certificates, and structural calculation support for commercial facade contractors and engineering consultants.
Whether you require standard 50mm Z-blades or custom 400mm aerofoil sunshades, our tooling division develops custom H13 dies within 7 to 10 working days.

We primarily extrude 6063-T5 for standard architectural louver blades due to its exceptional surface finish quality and extrudability. For high wind-load coastal installations or wide-span aerofoil fins, 6061-T6 or 6063-T6 is specified to deliver elevated tensile strength and yield resistance.
For high UV or marine environments, we recommend a 25-micron anodized coating or a 3-coat PVDF fluoropolymer paint finish. Our in-house powder coating line uses chromate-free pre-treatment to ensure long-term cross-hatch adhesion and corrosion resistance under salt-spray exposure.
Yes. In addition to long profile lengths (standard 6.0m or custom cuts), our fabrication division provides complete pre-punched blades, carrier brackets, end caps, sub-framing, and pre-assembled louver banks ready for modular site installation.
Upon CAD drawing approval (DWG/STEP format), our tool room manufactures H13 die steel tooling within 7–10 working days. First-article samples are extruded, measured for optical dimensional accuracy, and dispatched to the buyer before full-scale production begins.
